1. Scope of Our Service

• The Facilitator: Bukinasi.com acts as an intermediary platform. We do not own, manage, or control the properties listed.

• Contractual Relationship: When a user makes a booking, the legal contract is formed directly between the User and the Service Provider. Bukinasi is not a party to that transaction.

• Accuracy of Information: Service Providers are responsible for updating their rates, availability, and property descriptions.

2. User Obligations

• Account Accuracy: Users must provide true, accurate, and current information during the booking process.

• Lawful Use: The platform may not be used for speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations.

• Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years of age to book a stay.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Currency: All prices are displayed in [TZS/USD]. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their banks.

• Payment Methods: Bukinasi supports [Mobile Money/Credit Card/Bank Transfer].

• Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT and applicable tourism levies required by Tanzanian law.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Provider Policies: By booking, you accept the specific cancellation and no-show policy of that Service Provider.

• Non-Refundable Rates: Certain "Last Minute" or "Early Bird" rates are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked before checkout.

• Late Arrival: Users must notify the property directly if they expect to arrive after the designated check-in time to avoid being marked as a "No-Show."

5. Cancellations & Modifications

• Bukinasi's Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of suspected fraud, technical errors in pricing, or if the Service Provider is no longer able to fulfill the request.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Service Quality: Bukinasi is not liable for the quality of the stay, injuries, property damage, or any disputes between the User and the Provider.

• Platform Downtime: We strive for 100% uptime but are not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on Bukinasi.com, including the logo, design, and software, is the property of Bukinasi and protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Republic of Tanzania.
